Scope:

Quality Policy defines the guidelines, considered by the CECOM Management, in compliance with low and applicable norms, considering CECOM goals from managerial, commercial and technical point of views.

The disclosure of the Quality Policy is aimed at continuous improvement, considering products, services, processes and systems, in a context that takes into account CECOM position within the global business landscape.

Guidelines and goals:

CECOM Management defined the following guidelines and targets for the Quality System implementation and development:

1. Conformity to international standards for quality and safety: ISO 9001 and ISO 45001;

2. Constant investment of resources aimed at the integration of quality in all processes, verifying and adapting processes, roles and systems to the global context and to the market requirements;

3. Promotion and clear definition of hierarchical relations and interdependence between processes and roles;

4. Clear definition of requirements and tasks corresponding to all job tasks;

5. Assignment of roles and tasks according to specific skills and attitudes of the personnel;

6. Identification of potential sources of time/costs losses aimed at waists minimization;

7. Promotion of knowledge and integration of modern technologies, considering manufacturing and management point of views;

8. Integration of the “risk-based-thinking” in the processes, according to ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 guidelines, with care for sustainability;

9. Investment of resources in the process of stakeholders relationships management, with particular care to suppliers management, with the goal of strengthening partnerships;

10. Constant attention to Customer satisfaction, as fundamental element for operative and strategic choices, considering the global context trend and the evolution of Customers requirements and needs.

Implementation and responsibility:

Every member of CECOM shall operate in compliance to CECOM Quality Policy, considering the context of the corresponding roles and job tasks.
